Gender Affirming Care

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) / Gender Affirming Hormone Treatment (GAHT)

Telekind – a virtual space where clients can potentially access GAHT/HRT at little to no cost.

• *All appointments and services we offer are free of charge, including lab work when you use our testing kits or lab partners. We will also work with you to ensure any medications are provided at little to no cost to you.

Plume – a trans-led virtual space for accessing GAHT/HRT and/or letters for gender-affirming surgeries.

• Memberships are $99/month and include
  • Digital video appointments with your healthcare provider
  • Prescriptions for gender-affirming medications sent directly to your local pharmacy
  • Ordering, analysis, and cost of all labs
  • Ongoing progress monitoring
  • Letters for name or gender marker changes
  • A six-week series of facilitator-led support groups
  • Medical letters of support for surgery
  • Injection instruction and live injection support, as needed
