Anxiety Toolbox Workshop
A three-session workshop designed for people struggling with a variety of anxiety-related concerns. Sessions cover:
- Understanding what anxiety is and how it impacts us,
- Exploring how thoughts and behaviors affect anxiety, and
- Developing strategies to better cope with anxiety.

Anxiety Toolbox Skills & Support Drop-In
An ongoing supportive space designed for people struggling with a variety of anxiety-related concerns. Looking for a flexible space to talk through your worries, connect with others, and learn tools for managing anxiety? Join us for Anxiety Toolbox: Skills and Support, a weekly space where you can share what’s on your mind, find encouragement, and learn strategies to cope with anxious thoughts and stress.
Most weeks focus on open support and connection; once a month, we feature a mini-skills workshop on practical tools like calming your nervous system, managing racing thoughts, and finding balance. Come as you are, stay as long as you like — no registration required.
ASTRA: An Intersectional Women & Femmes Support Group
Looking for a place to connect with other women and femme Comets? The ASTRA Support Group is a safe space to speak about women and femme issues, support and advocate for yourself and others, and share experiences related to womanhood and the experience of femininity.
Attention and Motivation Group
This group focuses on building skills for improving attention and focus in college settings, including lectures and studying, as well as in everyday life. Group members will also learn skills for increasing motivation to complete necessary tasks to be successful in college and life. The group will also serve as a support group for individuals who have been formally diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or for individuals who believe they are experiencing symptoms consistent with ADHD.

Basic Needs Support Group
This support group will connect you with fellow students experiencing insecurities around basic needs such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, menstrual products, and love and acceptance with the hope to create community, make space to lean on each other, and remember you are not alone in this.
Black Women’s Support Group
Support group for Black women who are facing challenges related to mental health, relationships and/or academics
Building Relationship Intimacy and Dialogue Effectiveness (BRIDGE) Workshop
BRIDGE is a three-week workshop that teaches ways to create thriving relationships. Attendees will learn:
- Ways to better understand needs and boundaries in relationships,
- Strategies to effectively communicate with others, and
- Common sources of conflict and useful conflict management skills.

DBT-U (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for University Students)
DBT-U is an open eight-week, skills-based group for students to learn and develop coping skills and strategies to improve individual functioning. This group is specifically for clients who have difficulties in emotion regulation, interpersonal difficulties and pattern of crisis. Group members learn topics related to mindfulness skills, interpersonal effectiveness and communication strategies, emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills in a structured and supportive learning environment. Each group consists of a brief mindfulness exercise, check-in/introductions, introduction of new skills, discussion/experiential practice and assignment of practice exercise and check-out.

Emotional Resilience Workshop
Build your toolkit for staying steady when life gets overwhelming! This three-session, weekly workshop introduces practical skills for managing strong emotions, handling stress and responding to challenges with greater balance and flexibility. Whether you’re looking to boost your self-awareness, learn healthy coping strategies, or just feel more in control, this series will help you strengthen your emotional resilience in a supportive setting.
Emotional Resilience Skills & Support Drop-In
Powerful emotions can feel overwhelming, but learning how to work with them makes a difference. This support group is a weekly space to connect, share, and practice ways of navigating life’s ups and downs with other people having similar experiences. Most weeks focus on open support and conversation; once a month, we feature a mini-skills workshop on building coping tools, identifying and understanding emotions, and strengthening your ability to bounce back and regulate. No registration required — just drop in when you can.

Family Re-Imagined Support Group
This is a weekly drop-in group for students who want to have a safe space to discuss family concerns, gain insights into their family structure, learn effective and healthy interactions and boundaries, and feel supported and heard. Students can attend as many sessions as needed.

Gender Prism: Trans and Gender Diverse Resilience Workshop
Gender Prism is a three-week workshop designed for growing resilience in a world of hetero- & cisgender-normativity. Sessions cover:
- Understanding and responding to negative messaging and microaggressions,
- Exploring self-esteem and challenging your inner critic, and
- Developing strategies for assertiveness and self-confidence.
Getting Unstuck from Depression Workshop
A three-session workshop to help increase your understanding and knowledge about depression. Sessions focus on:
- Understanding depression,
- Exploring how thoughts and behaviors impact depression, and
- Learning and practicing coping strategies to better manage depression.

Getting Unstuck from Depression Workshop
An ongoing supportive space designed for people struggling with a variety of depression-related concerns. When depression leaves you feeling stuck or weighed down, it can be hard to move forward on your own. Getting Unstuck: Skills and Support Drop-In offers a welcoming space to share your experiences, gain perspective from others, and find encouragement.
Each week provides open support and connection, while once a month we highlight practical skills, like understanding how depression works, noticing how thoughts and behaviors shape mood, and practicing strategies that can help lift the fog. Come whenever you’re able! No sign-up required.
Graduate Student Support Group
Join us to discuss challenges of being a graduate student, fears about immigration, imposter syndrome, loneliness, motivation, managing relationships with faculty, work-life balance, and more!

Healing Together – Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence
A community open to any student who has experienced sexual or relationship harm, emotional or verbal abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or stalking. A space to connect, reflect, and heal.
Healthy Relationships Group
This group is open to students interested in increasing their understanding of themselves and how they relate to others. The goal of this group is to improve interpersonal relationships by examining how one contributes to relationship dynamics along with attempting to connect with others in-the-moment by sharing personal experiences. If you are struggling to understand your role in the difficulties within your various relationships, have difficulty balancing your needs with those of others, frequently disagree with others, have trouble connecting or forming relationships or have conflict with others, you may benefit from this group. Along with relationship exploration, the group will also explore general concerns or struggles members may face.

Learning to Heal: Trauma Recovery Group
Learning to Heal Trauma Group will introduce students to the impacts of trauma and to topics such as boundaries, power and control, healthy relationships, and self-compassion. From these topics, the group members will explore their own patterns of responding to trauma and begin to establish new ways of coping and begin/continue their process of healing.

An eight-session workshop to teach basic principles and practices in mindfulness, as well as how mindfulness strategies can be helpful in managing stress, worry, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, peak performance and increased enjoyment of life. Sessions cover:

A weekly workshop to introduce, explore and practice mindfulness, as well as how mindfulness strategies can be helpful in managing stress, worry, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, peak performance and increased enjoyment of life.

Drop-in mental health support group for LGBTQIA+ students who want to talk about validating and supporting others and themselves. We host one space for graduate students and another for undergraduates.

Relationship Roadmap:
Gottman Seven Principles Relationship Workshop
This seven-session, weekly hybrid in-person and virtual workshop is designed for college students looking to strengthen their romantic relationships. Based on Dr. John Gottman’s The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, the workshop offers practical tools and evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique challenges faced in the context of college relationships. Each week, participants will explore a principle and learn skills to improve communication, manage conflict, build trust and deepen connection — all in an engaging and supportive environment.
Whether you’re dating, engaged, in a long-term partnership, or looking to build important relationship skills for the future, this workshop provides a solid foundation for creating a healthy and lasting relationship during your college years and beyond. This workshop is affirming and inclusive of all types of relationships, LGBTQ+ and polyamory. People in relationships are welcome to attend together!

Whether you’re a book lover or just looking for a new way to support your well-being, this group offers a welcoming space to learn, share and grow.
SOLACE (Sharing Our Losses and Commemorating Experiences) Grief Group
SOLACE is a Grief Group providing support and community for students who are navigating the death of a loved one to honor memories, process grief, and connect with others who understand – whether the loss was recent or years ago. This group may discuss topics such as how to navigate grief while managing school, through holidays, through anniversaries…
SPARK (Sex and Pornography Addiction Recovery Kit) Group
SPARK is supportive and nonjudgmental meeting place for students who are questioning or struggling with the ways they engage with sex and/or pornography. This group will hold space for students to process their concerns, define healthy sex for themselves, and build tools to help navigate distress. Whether this is an issue that’s recently come up or is something you have navigated for a long time, this group can help meet you where you are.

Tea Table Talks is an ongoing, weekly general mental health support group for students to share life’s highs and lows. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or just craving real connection, this group is a place to be seen, heard, and supported. We will have tea and conversations steeped in support.

Understanding Self & Others
Understanding Self and Others is a weekly interpersonal process group for students who want to explore personal growth and increase self-awareness to enhance their experiences in personal and academic settings. In this safe space, group members can practice communicating more honestly and effectively with others while gaining support from peers. Group topics may include adjustment, loneliness, academic/general stress and relationships.
Unraveling Perfectionism Group
Take a step toward self-acceptance and let go of the pressure to be perfect.
If perfectionism is holding you back, join our skills-based group where you’ll explore how it shows up in your life and find a supportive, welcoming space to grow. Through open conversation and engaging in activities that will help find adaptive ways of managing perfectionism
Untangle: Decoding Your Emotional Experience
Untangle is a therapy group for those who identify themselves as highly emotionally sensitive (deep feelers) and highly empathetic but that have been made to feel as if their rich emotional landscape is an inconvenience to themselves or others. In this group clients will gain a deeper and affirming understanding of their emotions and be empowered with knowledge and skills to use their emotions in a fulfilling way. They will also have the opportunity to find resonance and connection with those who face similar life experiences. Group is based on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.
Up All Night – CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)
A six-week workshop to learn to manage your sleep better using a Cognitive-Behavioral Approach.
- Learn how thoughts and behaviors can impact sleep quality
- Find new ways to think about your sleep
